wrong diagnoses in which cost me over $1800.00 in repairs A/C unit was blowing through defrost vents. took it to Bozard, first they thought it was the control head and it was not. then they said it was the ev A/C unit was blowing through defrost vents. took it to Bozard, first they thought it was the control head and it was not. then they said it was the evaporator core door was broken. wanted to charge me over $1100.00 to fix. took their diagnoses to another dealer, they replaced the cover charging me $846.00. that did not fix the problem. took it back to Bozard and spoke with the Service Manager, he told me it was the core cover door. the service guy also told me it was the core cover door that was broken. took the vehicle to a shop specializing in fords. they told me it was a broken door but not the evaporator core cover door. vehicle finally fixed at another cost of over $900.00. wouldn't by a toy vehicle from them and will never take a vehicle back to them. I will say that Marcia in service was very polite and helpful to the point that she could. More

Service for my 2013 Ford Edge My wife was preparing to leave the house for work when she discovered that her 2013 Ford Edge would not start. I immediately called Ford roadside assistance and help arrived within the hour. The vehicle was given a jump start and next was driven to Bozard Ford. Upon arrival I made contact contact with Marcia Nelson who appeared very busy. Marcia quickly stopped what she was doing and came to my aid writing up the work order. Marcia immediately gave a price on a replacement battery and assigned a technician to diagnose the problem with the Edge. In less than 2 hours my wife was on her way to work with a new battery installed. Marcia is a great asset to the Dealership. We love Bozard Ford !! More
