He found a truck with the options I was looking for and made the rest of the sales experience painless. Rick in the finance department was also a pleasure to deal with even with it being the last day of the month and quarter. We ended the process after 11pm and he was still smiling and courteous. More

Bozard did all the work. I have to say this was probably the easiest experience I've ever had buying a car. I was very tense and nervous about making the purchase, initially. Truck shopping made easy - now that's a new concept! While searching on the dealership's website, I clicked on one of the instant chats that scrolled across the page and ended up talking with Dave Puliaf While searching on the dealership's website, I clicked on one of the instant chats that scrolled across the page and ended up talking with Dave Puliafico. I had already been searching for a few months, but only diligently and seriously for about a week. We had already been to visit two dealerships. Dave was very helpful and listened to what we wanted in a truck. Unlike some other dealers he let me know what they actually had on the lot that we could look at. We went back and forth in emails and a couple phone calls for at least 2 weeks. In that time, we changed our mind from used, to new, from supercrew to supercab and back again. In the meantime, John Moon, also contacted us and followed up on everything Dave was doing and gave us info when Dave was not working. We did research on our end, including Edmunds.com, and other dealerships. In the end, we were very pleased with the thoroughness of their assistance and ultimately, the price. We never made a trip to the dealership til the day we purchased! We went to the dealership prepared for a full day, but that was not the case either. Dave did everything he could ahead of time to make things in the finance office go smoothly as possible. The Manager came out and met us as well and at my request, the receptionist made us some fresh popped popcorn! BONUS! Our truck is BEAUTIFUL! Dave made sure we understood all the technology before we left and told us to call if there were any issues. This was certainly not our first vehicle purchase, but it may have been the easiest! More
