VEHICLE BUYING EXPERIENCE ON January 23rd, after shopping around at every dealership in Jacksonville with a bad taste in my mouth.do to so many sales people were rude and dece ON January 23rd, after shopping around at every dealership in Jacksonville with a bad taste in my mouth.do to so many sales people were rude and deceiving. I decided to go to Bozard Ford in St. Augustine. I was met right outside by the front door by Lus Crespo, Sales.. What a friendly and caring gentleman. I told him that I was looking for a F150 truck. He took me in a golf cart and showed me some trucks. I had given him my approximate budget and that is the direction he went in. I found one and we took it for a test drive. I made my decision with Luis, but their was a minor snag.It was on hold for someone else. Luis took me to meet with Tom Reinard, who explained that they were suppose to have come back that day. Luis had me fill out the paper work anyway. Before I knew it, I was meeting with Rick Garcia, Business Manager.We started the process of buying the Truck with some financing.Rick really went out of his way to take care of me and what a great job he did. I am so impressed with Bozard Ford and the gentleman I mentioned above.All were totally professional and no one tried to con me or push me into anything else. I have never been to a dealer ship like Bozard Ford, Where they were so honest, professional and truly cared about the customer.I went home feeling so impressed. I thought that I woud'nt be able to get back down there for at least a week do to no transportation.. Luis was so kind to pick me up and take me down there so that I didn't have to wait a week and drove the truck home that day. I give Luis and Rick a huge Kudos. I have never experienced the kindness, and trying to accommodate me the way they did. I feel like they went beyond the call of duty. The entire experience was terrific. All the staff seemed so polite and friendly, that I felt like I had known them for years! I highly recommend Bozard Ford to all. Luis, Rick and Tom were the most upstanding people you will ever work with. I will never shop at another dealership again. More
