Mr. Kevin Bressler, Manager of the Fast Lane department has taken wonderful care of my Lincoln and has assisted me with all of my automobile issues like new tires for my Mercedes and even servicing my Mercedes S600. I have retired the Mercedes and have wanted a sporty convertible. When I saw the 2016 Mustang I decided that that was the car that I wanted. I visited Bozard dealing with the Sales Representative from whom I purchased my 2013 MKS, Stephen Purdy, on January 29 and bought a Mustang GT 5.0L convertible which I love. The contractual work was handled by Kevin Mitchell who did a great job. Overall the experience rates an A+. Stephen Purdy is great - patient, not pushy, and with great knowledge of the product. Kevin Bressler and the people at Fast Lane are going to be the only people that I will allow to service this baby. Kevin Mitchell was outstanding explaining all of the options including the extended warranty which I decided to purchase. More

Great Service Always I wanted roof racks installed on my Explorer and they got them ordered quickly and fit me in on a Saturday to get them put on. Art noticed my oil need I wanted roof racks installed on my Explorer and they got them ordered quickly and fit me in on a Saturday to get them put on. Art noticed my oil needed to be changed so i got my roof rack, an oil change, and washed of course all while I went shopping at the mall for a short time. Great Service! More
