My only experience with Bozard service is with the quick lane (that's a good thing). I have been in three times for oil changes and associated routine service. At each occasion I have been quickly greeted, treated cordially and in a friendly manner. I have never had the feeling that I was being pressed to buy something that I really didn't need and except for one air filter I was never sold anything. This has been one of our best cars ever and this dealership will get our future business. More

First I despise car buying I get all worked up when I walk on the car lot most times. I would rather never buy a car again. That being said - I stopped by Bozard with my wife to look at 2015 F-150's as we are walking around looking at the Trucks on the lot Eric Peloquin came up and introduced himeslf. Let me tell you Eric is one of the most profesional, polite and attentive salesman I have ever met. He listened to what I said I wanted and picked out 2-3 trucks that matched what they had against what I said I was looking for. He didn't try to oversell me or anything. Unfortunately I didn't care for any of the three. He wasn't pushy or anythign he simply said, tell ya what, let me get your phone number and I will keep an eye out. As we were walking back up to the front I mentioned that I would be interested in a used truck if it had everything I wanted, low miles, etc.... We walked over to the used truck section and the 2nd truck we looked at I asked him if we could drive it. We came back from the test drive and I asked him how much. He said that it just came out on the lot a few hours ago and he would find out for me. I had already told him where I wanted to be at on price. He came back out with Bob Hewitt the Manager for Used Cars and I told him about my trade in and what I was wanting out the door. We walked in and sat down and in less than 15 minutes or so he and I had an agreement that we both were comfortable with. I then went into the office with the Ryan Shapiro (Finanace) to sign everything and I told him I wanted my payments and terms to be X so with the cost we had agreed to we need to make a Warranty and all work within that budget. He said, Don't worry, we will take care of it for you and make sure you get what you want and need. When I left that night I had a Ford F-150 with a solid warranty. So if that wasn't enough praise - it actually get's better............ Two day's later Ryan Shapiro called and said there was a slight issue with the Financing and I needed to come back in so we could go over a few things. Of course I am thinking, Ok, now they are gonna take it to me and everything is going to unravel. Well, when I got to the dealership Ryan explained to me what was going on with the Financing and I asked him what we could do about it. He asked Bob to come in and so Bob and I sat and talked. I am not going to go into all the conversation but this is the important part. It doesn't matter!! Bob said here's the problem, here's the solutions. About 30 minutes later I walked out happier than when I walked out the first time. Bozard Ford was willing to meet in the middle and take responsiblity for something that really wasn't at the end of the day their fault. AND THEN after everything was hammered out and we had to re-sign some paperwork a "new" person walked up with the papers for us to sign. I didn't know who he was but was like ok, no big deal I can sign the papers with anyone. As I am signing the papers the guy is saying how he heard what I had to go through and started apoloigizing and taking full repsonsiblity for everything. I was like wait, wait, none of this is your fault all your guys were great, but even still you haven't even been involved other than with me sinigng these papers. He said, Oh, let me introdcue myself I am Jesse Scheff the General Sales Manager. Everything that happens in this buiding is my responsiblity so I do take all responsiblity!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW, just WOW, in over 20 years with all the cars I have bought I have NEVER had the GM come out and say ANYTHING to me, for the GM of Bozard to come out and not only say hello but to apologize for everything. That was impressive. I always read reviews before I do anything so if your like me here is the bottom line. I will be coming back to Bozard Ford for my next car purchase (new or used), I will also be telling my friends and family that they need to go to Bozard Ford and talk to Eric or Bob and apparently you can even talk to Jesse the GM if you want because he is right there willing to step in and help at anytime. To everyone that helped me out at Bozard. THANK YOU!!!!!!!!! You have truly gone above and beyond and have "EARNED" a customer for life. Sincerely, BH More
Thank you to the Service Dept I had a very odd request for the Service department yesterday. My son thought he dropped his phone under the seat of my LIncoln MKC. After our unsucc I had a very odd request for the Service department yesterday. My son thought he dropped his phone under the seat of my LIncoln MKC. After our unsuccessful search, we brought it in to Bozard. Marcia and her team thoroughly searched the interior (including removing seats, console, etc). She also called me throughout the day to give me frequent updates. Although ultimately the phone was never found, I know that they went over and above their duty. This team was very friendly, kind, and professional! More

Amazing Level of Customer Service I went into this experience unsure due to my shaky credit if buying a brand new car is even an option. As a single mother to a 2 month little girl, I thought I owed it to her to try. I went online and browsed Bozard's selection and was thrilled. I was contacted by salesman Patrick Robertson. Bless this man's heart. Between work and juggling an infant, it took me weeks to come in and have my trade-in assessed, etc. I finally made it in and unfortunately couldn't stay to make sure the paperwork was complete. However, I found out later what great hands I was in with Finance Manager Rick Garcia. I CAN NOT SAY ENOUGH GOOD THINGS ABOUT RICK! He helped me above and beyond get an amazing rate, even with my shaky credit! Just wow. So thank you gentleman: Patrick, Rick and Matt Tudor. You guys made me a Bozard customer for life!!!! More
