Easiest car buying experience ever! I am so glad that I decided to go to Bozard! Bryan was a pleasure to deal with and throughout the process he went out of his way to take care of me... never any pressure. The negotiation was a snap and I worked directly with Tom to get the price I wanted. And then there Rick... he was great and got the finance rate I wanted and made the process smooth and easy. All totaled, I was in and out with keys in hand in 2 hours, with a freshly detailed car, full tank of gas, and even a big red bow that they gave me when they found out it was a surprise! great job following up on backordered part. I brought my Fiesta in because there was an issue with the sensor on the window fallin down in warm weather. I was in and out in 10 minutes even without an appointment. it took 6 mnths and a change in manufactures to get te part but i was kept informed with every change and was able to set up the instaltion within 24 hours of them getting the part. Great service and I look forward to working with Colby for my future service need. More

Treated like family! I just purchased my third vehicle from Bozard Ford. Now I live in Palm Coast and have a Ford dealer almost within walking distance. Because IT'S WORTH IT! They're truly the only hometown dealer. My salesman, Henry Rowe greets me like an old friend. There is none of the sales B.S. where the "management team" sits up on an elevated platform looking down on their customer. After striking a fair deal on the new vehicle and my trade, A.J. Miller from their finance department wrote up the loan with an interest rate less than my own credit union. He never tried to pressure me into any type of high profit "Paint Rotation" or "Tire Sealant Protector" warranties. Over the years I've bought many vehicles and I've never experienced a dealership that values their customers like Bozard does. This review wouldn't be complete without a shout out to their service department. You only buy a car once every so many years; but, you do need to get it serviced more often. And Bozard's service department is just one more reason to buy from them. More
