I was not in a rush at all and was never pressured from Bozard or bothered with phone calls and e-mails. I was not 100% committed to making the purchase until I saw the 2016 Ford Explorer Limited and Sharyl and John were able to beat all other competitors in the area, they gave me a great deal! I showed up to the dealership the day that happened to be Sharyl and Johns off day but was taken care of by Lee Brewer who was awesome! He explained everything and was able to give me a great deal on my trade in that I could not pass up. It took me about 4 hours at the dealership and I drove off in my new 2016 Ford Explorer Limited.
