Best car buying experience ever! It started with contact from Buddy before Bozard Ford Lincoln was "Open" for the day. Buddy didn't mind that we had stopped by another dealership and It started with contact from Buddy before Bozard Ford Lincoln was "Open" for the day. Buddy didn't mind that we had stopped by another dealership and invited us to come down to ST. Augustine if we didn't see anything that met our needs. We arrived at Bozard Ford Lincoln and was greeted by a sales person who went to get Buddy as soon as we told him who we had talked with. We started the day looking for a used Ford Fusion, and finished the day in a new 2016 Fusion SE. Buddy did a great job in answering our questions and then making a deal that was very favorable to us. Ryan handles the financing through Ford Credit and finished making the whole experience great. I would (and will) recommend anyone looking for a vehicle contact the Bozard Ford Lincoln Team before they purchase anywhere else. Of course, it should go with out saying that we highly recommend Buddy Price as the salesman. More

The sales staff stayed in touch with us and continued to search for what we wanted. After 3 months of searching we brought home our truck. This was also our 3rd purchase from Bozard. We frequently tell people that all other dealerships are lacking simply because they aren't Bozard. We drive 2 hours to shop there. The sales staff are not pressuring or pushy and everyone is friendly. We wish all dealerships were run this way. The negotiation process with sales never leaves you feeling bruised and battered. We have walked away from more dealerships than I care to admit simply because their sales staff are condescending and pushy with their prices and process. At Bozard we always feel safe to negotiate and that sales really wants to work with you and help you get the vehicle you want, in the budget you can afford. Additionally, we are impressed that Bozard does not add on a bunch of "special packages" that some dealerships do, long before you ever get there and are then forced to pay for, whereto you wanted them or not (I'm talking to YOU Ford of Ocala with your $1500 Nitrogen tires and Auto Butler crap). Overall, the moral of the story is that you should just go to Bozard Ford first, last, always. More
