The dealership that needs to give Michigan lessons! I had been to five other dealerships and what a difference in Service. I was very very impressed. I'm from Michigan and was visiting in Jacksonville and my daughter suggested we go here to see if I could have any luck finding the car I wanted. Well when we approached the dealership a nice young man greeted us and I described the vehicle I wanted. We did two test drives and they did have the MKX that fit the bill. I was leery about cross state transactions but they facilitated it with no problem at least on my end. They kept me informed and were very gracious. I observed others in the showroom and this was not a fluke. It is no wonder this is such a successful dealership. The man who delivered the car said this dealership was meticulous about everything, I had great confidence in Zach and Mr. Krell is an excellent manager and I have dealt with many businesses over the years and I would highly recommend this dealership and this salesperson. More

Great experience! Everyone was very friendly. I was worried about bringing my 3 young children in while doing the paperwork because they get bored and antsy very easily Everyone was very friendly. Best car buying experience! I've purchased quite a few new cars in my lifetime but Bozard was certainly the best experience. I started my search online and a pristine used Ex I've purchased quite a few new cars in my lifetime but Bozard was certainly the best experience. I started my search online and a pristine used Expedition caught my eye so I inquired for more information. That was the first time I was put in touch with Jim through email. He was very quick to respond and assured me Bozard was honest and there were no gimmicks to be played once I arrived at the dealer. After arriving and a quick test test drive we worked up a few quick agreeable numbers and I was out the door in less than two hours from start to finish. A year after that purchase we were in the market for something a little more fuel efficient so I emailed Jim directly. Stop here and ask yourself how many salesman that you have dealt with in the past would even still be working at the same dealership a year later?! Jim came back immediately and recommend the Cmax Energi and said I would be surprised how affordable the car would actually be. He ran a few numbers through email and we were pleasantly surprised how the low price of the car and gas savings would benefit our family. We are still enjoying that car today and we send everyone who is considering a car to Bozard. They aren't the dealership screaming at you with annoying radio ads or putting up huge tents for no reason because their best advertising is word of mouth from satisfied customers! Great service, great deal I spotted the 2015 F-150 FX4 add online, saw a good price, called and got Chase Burnett in internet sales, to verify that this truck was what I wanted I spotted the 2015 F-150 FX4 add online, saw a good price, called and got Chase Burnett in internet sales, to verify that this truck was what I wanted . It had everything but leather. I made the deal with Chase and he ok'ed it with his manager right over the phone in a few minutes, with the leather and a few extra toys. Rick handled the finance. Greg handled the acquisition, and installation of leather and toys. Chase did everything he said he would and Rick put all the paperwork together perfectly and Greg in after-market parts delivered the leather and after-market toys on time for our trip to North Carolina. Plus, they delivered to my house in South Florida for free with a full tank of gas (they are in North Florida). Everyone was a gentleman and kept all promises. Amazing! Surprising! Thanks Chase, Rick and Greg. I never owned a Ford before. And i never liked a car salesman before this deal. I am impressed with the truck and the dealer. I'll be back. It was a great experience because they put no pressure on us, showed us exactly what we wanted to look at, were extremely professional and courteous and got the deal done quickly too! More
