I am not one to ever leave reviews but my experience with this dealership was top notch start to finish so it is an honor to do what I can to help. Long story, I purchased a used vehicle that was very clean and ready for me to test drive, Dave P helped get a great value for my trade-in and also lock down the price I needed for my payments, AJ in financing was absolutely perfect, quick and hilarious. I was in and out of there with a new car in less than 2 hours which I was very pleased with. I had to have a few very minor service items addressed and they were quick to schedule an appointment and line up a rental for me and accommodate my busy schedule and correct the problems the very next day. Alex in service kept in contact with me the entire time and Sonya at the Quick Lane shop was very helpful and friendly. This is a great customer oriented Dealership I had a continuing issue with driver's side latch and door ajar light. I had it replaced under warranty by a different dealership (where I purchased I had a continuing issue with driver's side latch and door ajar light. I had it replaced under warranty by a different dealership (where I purchased the vehicle) years ago. The problem returned. I returned to that dealership and they cleaned the latch which worked for a short while. I contacted Mike Tudor whom I have dealt with in the past who put me in touch with Crystal Garrison. Crystal ordered the necessary parts for a wiper sensor (another issue) and a door latch. The door works perfectly, the wiper sensor is working perfectly. Crystal put my in a loaner car for two days. Everything works great. The driver's door is nice and tight and my vehicle was given to me vacuumed and washed! Bozard Ford Lincoln is top notch, does fantastic work and takes care of the customer. Even though this dealership is a little out of the way, they will get my business. More
