Our sales associate, Eric Peloquin, was very patient with us as we weren't sure exactly what we were looking for. He was very knowledgable and answered all of our questions. When we left the first night, Eric emailed us within 30 minutes with two vehicles that would have fit our needs. He then went to work on the pricing. We ended up with a price that we could accept and a vehicle that seems to be out of this world. Our sales manager, Matt, was easy to work with and our finance manager, AJ Miller, FULLY explained everything in the paperwork (We had never had that before). Overall, a great experience. We'll be back someday and will take every opportunity to refer everyone we see. More

I was not in a rush at all and was never pressured from Bozard or bothered with phone calls and e-mails. I was not 100% committed to making the purchase until I saw the 2016 Ford Explorer Limited and Sharyl and John were able to beat all other competitors in the area, they gave me a great deal! I showed up to the dealership the day that happened to be Sharyl and Johns off day but was taken care of by Lee Brewer who was awesome! He explained everything and was able to give me a great deal on my trade in that I could not pass up. It took me about 4 hours at the dealership and I drove off in my new 2016 Ford Explorer Limited. Best car buying experience ever! It started with contact from Buddy before Bozard Ford Lincoln was "Open" for the day. Buddy didn't mind that we had stopped by another dealership and invited us to come down to ST. Augustine if we didn't see anything that met our needs. We arrived at Bozard Ford Lincoln and was greeted by a sales person who went to get Buddy as soon as we told him who we had talked with. We started the day looking for a used Ford Fusion, and finished the day in a new 2016 Fusion SE. Buddy did a great job in answering our questions and then making a deal that was very favorable to us. Ryan handles the financing through Ford Credit and finished making the whole experience great. I would (and will) recommend anyone looking for a vehicle contact the Bozard Ford Lincoln Team before they purchase anywhere else.
