Buddy asked my husband for what he was looking for and they had a used truck on the lot that was exactly what he wanted. We purchased the used truck for him (2012 F350 DWD diesel 4x4). In addition my husband asked Buddy about a truck for me (I had an 2010 F150 and was just looking). Buddy was patient and attentive as I was looking for a unique truck that I had seen but in a different color. We were able to find the truck in the color I wanted with the interior package I love...AND I purchased a brand new 2015 F150 4x2 Sport for myself. While the car was being serviced, we had some minor repairs to an air conditioner vent, a re-stitching on the headrests, and 20,000 mile check-up to complete as well. With all of this work, we were offered an elegant loaner car, that we ended up keeping for three days while everything was being done. Marci Nelson's pleasant and accommodating attitude made all of these arrangements seem effortless, and we were very satisfied when we picked up our vehicle. As a recent grad from graduate school, I have a lot of expenses on my plate with little wiggle room for car payments. We had heard about some internet pricing and he didn't try to steer clear of that like most dealerships do. He pulled up the information on his phone right there and showed us what the deals were. The dealership was more than accommodating when finding the right fit. Erik did my financing and explained everything as we were going along. Additionally, this whole process was maybe 2 hours of looking at cars, the test drive, contract work, and financing...which I believe I spent 2 hours just trying to escape the vulture-like salesmen at the other dealerships. The experience at Bozard Ford was pleasant and I can definitely understand why they have a great reputation. More
