Service with a smile Came in for an Auto Butler appt. and the service person assigned was not in. Professional, helpful, simple, and satisfied! I arrived later in the evening, after work and was greeted by Jena Thomas (Sales). She walked me through a number of different options that fit my requirements. We printed out a few different vehicles and test drove them. The Fusion felt right, great vehicle and overall was everything my family needed. Jenna walked me through the entire process and was so very easy to deal with. Again, professional and open to any questions that I had. No pressure, no games...simple. Tom Reinard (Sales Manager) made me a fantastic deal and I bought that night! Surprised my wife with a new car! The finance portion was extremely easy to navigate as well. I worked with Rick Garcia, who was extremely easy to deal with, explained everything in detail(even though it was well past 9pm). Just an overall amazing car buying experience. Will certainly be back for a Mustang in the future. ;-) More
No return courtesy call - UPDATE I made an appointment via their online site. (I brought my 2015 Ford E-450 RV in 1 time before) When I did not get a confirmation, I called. After I spoke to whomever answers service calls (a woman)and put on hold- I was told, oh yeah they don't do RV's anymore. I was stunned. First because it is a brand new vehicle that only needed an oil change and second that I was there just a few months before with the Rv and thirdly that their website touts their equipment especially made for RV service. I had a choice of purchasing an RV with a Mercedes chassis, but I read the reviews and thought Bozard Ford a better idea. Close to home. So, I asked to speak to a manager. If nothing else to tell him how disappointed I was. Of course he was busy and was assured by the receptionist that Alex, the manager would call me back. Well, I never got a return call and I surely won't be buying ANY Ford products ever. If a dealer can just say we aren't servicing xyz, any ole time they please. To add insult to injury, after I wrote this review, I received a postcard in the mail telling me that it was time to have my Ford serviced at Bozard. UPDATE: After I wrote this review I was contacted by John Moon, Internet Sales Director. He explained that Bozard does not have space (to park and store) to service large RV's anymore. He apologized for the service manager,Alex, who never called me as I had requested. John called me several times after our initial conversation to confirm that I had received a letter from Ed Roberts, Service Director. These guys really wanted to be helpful and I do appreciate that. I just wonder about the other RV owners who "thought" they had a reputable, community minded dealer for service, and who actually have no one. I changed my overall rating to 3 stars instead of 1, only because I haven't had service there yet. And yes, I would recommend Bozard. More

However, I'm done with an oil change and tire rotation in about an hour when I make an appointment. Christopher Hicks helped me this visit, and he was nice, but I don't care for Kevin Bressler. Unfortunately, Kevin ceases to impress me every time I go in. If I had to judge my experience based on dealing with Kevin alone, I'd give the whole place an F. Most of the others make up for his shortcomings. More

Recall for a RCM replacement The scheduling of the service appointment, to the friendly greeting upon our arrival at the service area makes this dealer outstanding in my book. Crystal did a great job of seeing that our car was repaired as promised and delivered back to us in less than the estimated repair time. We drive from Ponte Vedra Beach in order to experience the great service and attitude at Bozard Ford. More
Great service experience. Took my truck in for a spray in bed liner. Greg handled all the arrangements including a loaner car for the day.
