This is my first experience of having service done for a warranty issue, Mr. Sparks was very concerned that my vehicle would be very safe on the roadway. I told her that I may be in for a new Mustang if I could trade in my 2 Fords (2011 Fusion and a 2013 Fiesta). I told her that if we could work out a good deal on a Mustang convertible that I would be interested. Jana was very helpful and didn't pressure me in any way.
