Nathan arranged and made sure that I received a rental vehicle while my car is being serviced. I also had my newborn son with me and he was so helpful at getting the diaper bag and stuff out of my car and into the rental. This guy deserves a raise, he definitely went above and beyond. Exceeded Expectations - Problem with Used Car On September 2, 2015, I bought a 2011 Expedition EL from Bozard. It's a great vehicle. We love it. I also bought a 4-year extended warranty. The pa On September 2, 2015, I bought a 2011 Expedition EL from Bozard. It's a great vehicle. We love it. I also bought a 4-year extended warranty. The passenger side windshield wiper stopped working on September 5. I took it to Autonation Ford in Jacksonville thinking the warranty would cover it. Imagine my surprise when they told me that it wasn't covered by the extended warranty and it would cost $825 to replace the wiper motor assembly. I called Bozard and spoke to Alex. We set up an appointment. Bozard fixed the wiper problem and it cost me nothing. I'll go back there to buy my next car. More
