My wife wanted a 2016 MKZ and we had one picked out based on the internet ads. We showed up half an hour early for our appointment, which Tonya had scheduled, but Buddy was already there and immediately brought the car in for us to try the rear seat fit for our Grandson's car seat. Salespeople inside or on the lot were outgoing and conversational, unlike some that want nothing to do with you once they learn you are dealing with an internet salesman. Buddy and the folks at Bozard gave us a better than expected trade deal on my wife's 2013 Cadillac XTS. AJ Miller was efficient and pleasant in the financial department.
