Amazing experience We arrived at Bozard Ford at approximately 3:30pm Carlos Gibbs greeted us & was very helpful & really worked hard for us, we looked @ several trucks, We arrived at Bozard Ford at approximately 3:30pm Carlos Gibbs greeted us & was very helpful & really worked hard for us, we looked @ several trucks, he kept working until we were satisfied with the truck & the extras we needed to pull our camper, all of this was done on a Sunday, after they closed. They close at 5pm we finsihed the deal signing all the paperwork at around 8:15pm Carlos, worked very hard for us, with the sales Manger Tom Reinard to get the extras we needed for our Truck ie.... Brake controller, Back up camera & running boards, Then after we were done we went into see Rick Garcia he made us feel very comfortable & at ease, explained everything very well & was very professional & just down to Earth, he also was there very late with us, this was a GREAT experience, these folks know how to treat people like customers. I will definetly tell my co-workers & friends about this dealership & the wonderful experience we had on Sunday July 5th, after Bozard Ford was closed. More
