Great experience We were looking for a car for my son. Luis helped steer us to the Ford Focus which let him get a little more car than he had thought he could get. We were looking for a car for my son. Luis helped steer us to the Ford Focus which let him get a little more car than he had thought he could get. He wanted a specific color and very few options to keep the cost down. Luis searched for the car and was an.e to find it on another lot and get it for him. Excellent service. Went in for oil change, 19 pt. inspection, tire rotation and check for noise under the hood. I arrived a little early for my 1:00pm appt., was greete Went in for oil change, 19 pt. inspection, tire rotation and check for noise under the hood. I arrived a little early for my 1:00pm appt., was greeted by Piper Bueno who immediately processed me in, my car taken back to service right away. The noise turned out to be a problem with the R&R belt, tensioner and idler pulley. Marsha Nelson quickly let me know the problem and how long it would take to repair. The cust. waiting area is comfortable and I didn't have a long wait even though it was a busy day. Marsha and Piper were fast, pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. They are what makes a business and keeps customers coming back. More
