Based on his personality and trust worthiness, I was able to negotiate favorable terms and made the decision over the phone. When I came over to pick up the expedition, couple days after my conversation over the phone, everything that I was told over the phone was in writing. I was very pleased with the services and his word is worth gold. Thereafter, I met with the finance manager, Rick Garcia, where my experience got even better. Mr. Rick was able to offer me a good interest rate, term and monthly payments. He also advised me on how to resolve some title issues with my trading. Quick help on service on F-150 Was visiting St Augustine for work and needed to have my truck towed, after stepping on gas pedal with no response. Had it towed to nearest Ford dealership which was Bozard Ford. Service advisor Marcia Nelson noticed i was having a rough day and made everything easy. I believe Mike Pennington was the technician that worked on the vehicle. They had my truck done within a couple hours to get me back on the road to make it home for the weekend. Thank you! More

It doesn't get any better I scheduled my vehicle for regular service and dropped it off at 8AM. I received a call at 8:45 that the service was completed.
