Quick help on service on F-150 Was visiting St Augustine for work and needed to have my truck towed, after stepping on gas pedal with no response. Had it towed to nearest Ford dealership which was Bozard Ford. Service advisor Marcia Nelson noticed i was having a rough day and made everything easy. I believe Mike Pennington was the technician that worked on the vehicle. They had my truck done within a couple hours to get me back on the road to make it home for the weekend. Thank you! More

It doesn't get any better I scheduled my vehicle for regular service and dropped it off at 8AM. I received a call at 8:45 that the service was completed. Best car buying experience to date - breath of fresh air I went into my truck search with a relatively open mind as to what brand of truck to get. After I made my decision he was able to find me the perfect truck with all of the specific items that I wanted and more at a great price. He was knowledgeable in the product that he sells as well. Another big thing about my experience at Bozard was closing things up in the finance office. Usually this part isn't very fun but TJ was a pleasure to deal with and did not try to pressure me. I was in and out of there in no time at all. I won't forget that I was thanked for my business by at least three people the evening that I went in to close the transaction. Needless to say, I'll be back for my next purchase and would recommend them to my family and friends. More
