Best place to go if you're inexperienced with cars! I knew nothing about cars and leasing or buying going into the dealership, but was explained everything. Everyone was nice and helpful. Excellent buying experience I brought my 2011 Ford Fusion in to see if I wanted to trade for a Ford Escape, Ricky Goodwin and Eric Peloquin worked with me on the deal, nothing wa I brought my 2011 Ford Fusion in to see if I wanted to trade for a Ford Escape, Ricky Goodwin and Eric Peloquin worked with me on the deal, nothing was wrong with my fusion excellent car, long story short I decided to purchase the Escape titanium love driving this vehicle, Eric was a pleasure to work with and everyone involved with financing etc was wonderful and informative no pressure deal. After having this vehicle for a few days we discovered front end noises and brought the vehicle in for service to see what was wrong with it, Nathan Dippy test drove my Escape verified the concern, test drove another Escape same noise and he called Ford hot line, they are aware of this noise, no fix as of now, but Nathan will contact us as soon as Ford knows something, The staff are very helpful and concerned with my needs, they all represent your dealership well, I'm hoping for some answers in the near future, I am uncomfortable driving a brand new vehicle with knocking noises in the front end. I don't want to trade in this vehicle for another one. Ricky Goodwin and Eric Peloquin no pressure team and a pleasure to work with. I just want to add that Ricky Goodwin sold me my 2011 Fusion and it is a pleasure to work with him, Thank you Ricky for all of your knowledge and help with our vehicle purchases. not totally happy I have excellent servcie at the FastLane but this time I needed actual repair and went to regular service dept. They were very nice with providing free loaner for my Lincoln MKS however I was surprised in this day of overnight delivery they could not get my parts in for 3 days. Then while they said car would be ready on Tuesday no one had called me by 4 PM on tuesday and I had to call my self only to be told it was NOT ready. Then on Wed no one had called my by 11 and I had to call again. My service rep Piper was fairly good about texting me however she was not available when I called. Then when it was finally ready I told her I would be there to pick up in an hour and when I got there she was not there and the car was not waiting for me and had Not been washed which it had been when I bring for oil change. Just not as enjoyable an experience like when I take it to FastLane More

I didn't plan on purchasing a car from Bozard but I never felt more welcomed and assured that I wasn't being hustled by them. I'll definitely return for my 8th when the time comes! More
