I have been buying new cars for 35+ years and this was hands down the best experience I have ever had. My salesman, Mike Murdoch, was knowledgeable, attentive, patient and seemed to want to make sure I would get the truck best suited for me. He let me drive numerous vehicles and even offered me to take one home overnight to see if I really liked it. By the way, this dealership has the largest inventory I have ever seen. You can see all the different trim packages without looking in a book. The general air of the dealership is relaxed, no pressure, right down to the state of the art ping pong table in the middle of the showroom. No rush, they really took their time with me. A.J. Miller, the business manager was also easy to deal with. Again, no pressure and no hidden costs...these guys are straight shooters. I am actually looking forward to having service done here...the "fast lane" service building for routine maintenance is a great idea. You get the idea...give these guys a try! More

Excellent Truck Buying Experience! I first began dealing with Lee Brewer on the phone and told him what I was looking in a truck, the price range, the monthly payments. Within minutes I first began dealing with Lee Brewer on the phone and told him what I was looking in a truck, the price range, the monthly payments. Within minutes Lee emailed me with photos and stats on five trucks. After reviewing the info, I called Lee and set a 9a.m. appointment for Monday, I was at Bozard Ford dealership at 9a.m. Monday after a 2 hour drive and right away I was impressed by the huge inventory of cars and trucks and the professional look of the dealership. after test driving the truck I wanted, Lee introduced me to Rick Garcia. I explained to Rick what I wanted my payments to be and that I have not had a car payment in 20 years, with a big smile he said we can get this done. While Rick was in his office working his magic, Lee was keeping me calm with his warm smile and pleasing personality. After about 10 to 15 minutes, Rick came out of his office with a Big Smile and the thumbs-up sign and said we did it! By 12:45 p.m. I was driving my new Ford 250 off the lot with a Huge Smile WOW! He worked on my car like it was his own. He was pleasant / friendly & extremely talented at his craft. It was obvious to me he truly enjoyed & took pride in his work. That is rarely seen today & very much appreciated by me. His only concern was my TOTAL SATISFACTION - he stated a number of times that he wanted me completely satisfied with the window tinting on my car & would do whatever it takes to make sure that was the case. I will be bringing a 2nd car to have him tint it's windows. I highly recommend Travis to anyone looking to have their car's window tinted. I have and will continue to recommend them to everyone. I leased an MKZ 9/14. Just purchased an MKS for my wife on her birthday, 4/28/15. Went in to look. Made the deal with trade in. They bent over backwards to detail and give me the car to bring home. Tanya Tomanek, Concierge, followed us home with a plant she had bought for my wife and photographed the event.
