When my wife and I got to the dealership, the car was under the carport, cleaned, polished and full of fuel. It was a great presentation of delivery. Our sales person did a great walk around with us explaining some of Ford's new technology and gadgets. It was a fast, great experience. On 03/04/2015, we bought our second car from Bozard Ford, a 2011 Certified Ford Expedition with the optional equippment I was looking for. Again, we arrived at the dealership and the car was out front clean, detailed and full of gas. We did a road test and quick walk around. ( I was already familiar with the car) I'll be open and honest. This deal unlike the first deal had a couple of small hick cups that Bozard Ford went out of their way to correct. We are 100% satisfied with the car and the Dealership's response to our concerns. Thay are a first class Dealership that I would highly recommend, and would certainly do business with again. More

Moving to the area and vehicle was breaking down. I was moving to the area and began experiencing problems with my only transportation. With limited funds and no place to live or work yet, the people at Bozards were friendly, courteous, professional and even helped me find leads for work and housing. Being stranded with one of my daughters was so stressful. I am lucky to have found Bozards when I did. My stress relief after the experience was so much less, the stress to my daughter decreased, and we were able to continue on track and find housing. The WiFi in the customer waiting area aided us immensely. Thank you very much to Piper, John, and everyone else who helped us that day. You will be in our thoughts. More

An hour later we were wanting to buy, so hats off to the salesman Jason for showing us some great trucks that fit our needs. Tom assisted Jason and was very knowledgable and helpful. Unfortunately, we were unable to agree on price and purchase the truck we wanted. We had seen similar trucks at other dealerships offered for much less. Granted no two used vehicles are the same, the prices at Bozard show they are proud of their vehicles to the point they will let a good cash deposit walk out the door. My wife and I are in sales and understand there is a cost for service, in this case it just didn't justify the price. We only gave three stars since we were not able to come to an agreement on price.
