SURPRISED BY THE EXTRA SERVICE Brought our F-150 in to fix a problem with the driver's seat. I planned to wait for the repair, but it was longer than expected. Very surprised when Crystal informed me I could get a rental car for the day free of charge. Took advantage of this deal and managed to get all of my chores done while the truck was being repaired. Henry Row, Senior Sales Guide, helped us with the tech stuff, navagation, etc. Was execellent in every way. We certainly appreciated his kindness and patience. Both men very knowledge and helpful. Thanks for folks like that makes our life easier when there are problems with these vehicles to deal with. Do not remember the name of head of used vehicles......I am thinking Dave was the name.. He also represented Bozard well. Many thanks to your team. All of these men bent over backwards to help us with our 2010 navigator we purchase from you. There was some problems....but they took care of everything in a very timely manor. When it is time to buy that new navigator we will be back. No need to look any further. My computer would not let me select the correct brand of vehicle....it was 2010 navigator. More
