Great experience, great team! I knew exactly what I wanted even down to the color. Searched online back in November. Jeff Young promptly responded. When he didn't have what I wanted he told me he would keep me in the system and call me when the right one came in. I was surprised when he called me several months later with the red 2008 Ford Escape I was looking for. Even though I had to travel about 90 miles one way, I am glad I did. Chase Burnett was also great to work with. Not only does he know financing, he gave us a great lead on a delightful local restaurant. As we were financing this vehicle in my company's name, Chase had to go into areas he wasn't totally familiar with. His transparancey and honesty gave me even greater confidence in him and this dealership. So many people worked together to make sure all was done correctly. There were several mechanical items I was concerned with and Jeff Young made sure three out four of them were taken care of. Even though the fourth item wasn't covered, I am very pleased with the work that was done. Jeff Sparks, the mechanic that took care of some of the problems , was very helpful. He took the time to explain what was going on with the car. Everyone at Bozard Ford treated me with high regard even though I was just buying a used vehicle. One month after my purchase, I am enjoying my Ford Escape more than I could have expected. Thank you to everyone who took the time and care to make it all happen. More

With working a full time job and being extremely busy I appreciated his understanding that I didn't have time to talk at length on the phone and just needed quick answers to my questions. Eventually my son went up to the dealership and met with Buddy. Buddy was really kind and helpful and allowed my son and his friends to test drive the truck he liked. After much consideration and a visit to the dealership by my husband we decided to purchase a brand new Mustang for our son instead of the truck. It was a very smooth transaction and we really appreciated the level of customer service Buddy provided to our family. More

We love Ford vehicles and have committed ourselves to driving them so not having the sales experience to go along with the first two was disappointing. We are disappointed no longer and thankful that we met Stephen and purchased our newest Ford from him at Bozard Ford Lincoln. We were equally comfortable during the finance aspect of the transaction. It is truly unlike any other automobile purchase experience. Comfortable showroom, love the open spaces vs. offices for the sales professionals. My adventure buying a new Ford Transit XLT Wagon After visiting 5 Ford Dealers in 2 states and not happy with customer NO service. So I e-mailed my interest in a new Transit to internet sales department and shortly Wyll Dickenson followed up with a call , very helpful and we did my option list on the phone and Wyll goes gets me a drive out price with the rebate amount at a VERY fair price ! All we have to do is come in pay $1000.00 deposit and new Transit will be ordered .Next day Paula and I go to really see the new Transit van Wyll has a new one waiting for us to see and drive with our same drive train with new twin turbo engine and WOW !Fit our want list perfect wonderful fun drive and visit with Wyll we go in do paper work pay $1000.00 deposit and Wyll takes papers to control tower to George Clark to have them approved or rejected I am watching paper go to YES or NO man he reads deal and cuts his eyes to Paula and me gets up and walks over to us and tells us THANK YOU for buying our new van from Wyll and Bozard Ford tells us it's ordered ASP and we should have it in a few weeks . Great Service! I brought my car in due to an overheating issue and my heater not working. When I arrived at 7 a.m., Kevin offered coffee, but I do not drink coffee. Kevin then asked if I drink hot chocolate and since I do, he went to the back to get some for me so that I could warm up. He knew that I was cold as I had driven down from Jacksonville and it was freezing temps outside. They also asked me throughout the day if I needed a refill while I was waiting for my car. Stuart broke everything down that was wrong with my car. He even took the time to explain everything to my dad over the phone, as he lives in another state. Stuart was able to let me know what absolutely needed to be taken care of that day and what could wait for a little bit. He was very nice and easy to deal with. More

Although she was unable to offer us a rental car while our vehicle was getting serviced, she went out of her way to make sure we had an up to the minute forecast to let us know when the car would be done. She offered to take us anywhere we wished while we were waiting. We just walked over to the outlet mall and shopped. Our vehicle was completed quickly and we were on our way.
