Professionalism by Service Department Marcia did a great job handing off the engine light problem to the mechanic and followiing through as the work was being done. After investigating a myriad number of models, options, incentives and considerations, I selected a 2015 Lincoln MKZ as my next vehicle (which will be our 3rd MKZ in recent years).
