Great service as always Brought truck in for warranty service. Described problem to Marcia and mechanic. Without driving the truck, mechanic (Cory) correctly diagnosed differential problem (I thought it was a different problem), and thought there had been a bulletin issued by Ford (there was). Great group of people to deal with. I have bought two vehicles there in the last three years, and will continue to do business with Bozard. More

Overall experience . I had a great experience with all from Brian,to George and Chase in finance. I would most certainly recommend Bozard Ford. Brain did very well leading I had a great experience with all from Brian,to George and Chase in finance. I would most certainly recommend Bozard Ford. Brain did very well leading me to the truck I described to him when he treated me at arrival. When finalizing the price with George,he was very polite and did not lead us around. Chase was great also when going though paper work and getting us a great financing rate. More
