Flex 2013 Ltd. At first I was surprised of the problem that was found. Then shocked about the time frame to repair. Ed was able to up the repair time from a couple of weeks to just a weekend. I could not be happier. Thr repair was done by Monday and I immediately saw the difference in my car. It drove better than new. I love this dealership they just keep making a bad situation turn into a great one. I will continue to use Bozard Ford for all my car needs, from service to sales. More
