Dealership sale, Family treatment! I have to admit that this is the first time I contact a dealer over the phone and practically made most of the business over the phone. The pictures of the Toyota Tundra Limited that the dealer put online didn't do justice to the truck. It was so much more than the pictures showed. My wife and I were very impressed with the vehicle. It looks like nobody ever drove it. The service from Mike Murdock and also his attention to detail made it a smooth transaction. Like I said, I've never made a deal over the phone before but it was the right choice to go to Bozard Ford. Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! My Thanksgiving Day didn't start out well at all. My car died on I-95 while I was out of town. My engine had seized up due to low oil pressure which My Thanksgiving Day didn't start out well at all. My car died on I-95 while I was out of town. My engine had seized up due to low oil pressure which I thought meant low oil when it really should have said "OIL PUMP FAILURE!!!" I had my 2003 Ford Explorer towed to the nearest Ford Dealer which luckily was Bozard Ford! Needless to say, Black Friday I was buying a new car. Couldn't have had a better buying experience with everyone at this dealership. Stephen Purdy, my salesman for the day, gave me excellent, exclusive service. He treated me like I was Queen for the Day! Next I had a visit from Bo Bozard himself to give me the special "Bo Touch!" Priceless!!! Wrapped up the financing with cutie Chase Burnett. (Had to say it because he is just so darn adorable!) The financing paperwork was completed with ease, all except for a FREE CAR. Darn the new car payments! More
