I took in my windows sticker of my 2011 F150 and said these are the minimum items I want on a new truck,and I left with a lower interest rate, lower payment, and more features on a new 2014 F150, hats off to to all Bozard staff. This is my second F150 at Bozard Ford. These gentleman listened to my needs and delivered more that I expected. Flex 2013 Ltd. At first I was surprised of the problem that was found. Then shocked about the time frame to repair. I needed to have a loner car, but there were none At first I was surprised of the problem that was found. Then shocked about the time frame to repair. I needed to have a loner car, but there were none available. This did not stop Bozard Ford. They called Avis and got me one. When I got back to the dealership. Ed was able to up the repair time from a couple of weeks to just a weekend. I could not be happier. Thr repair was done by Monday and I immediately saw the difference in my car. It drove better than new. I love this dealership they just keep making a bad situation turn into a great one. I will continue to use Bozard Ford for all my car needs, from service to sales. More
