He is very knowledgeable about the vehicles, has a great deal of patience and is not pushy like so many others I have delt with in the past. TJ Bernal and AJ Miller are friendly professionals who make the paperwork end of the deals a breeze. All of the staff at BOZARD has been friendly and courteous every time I have been at their dealership or talked with them on the telephone. I have bought my last four vehicles from BOZARD and will continue to deal with them in the future even though they are an hour and a half away from my home. More

Best Car Buying Experience Ever!!! My Thanksgiving Day didn't start out well at all. My car died on I-95 while I was out of town. My engine had seized up due to low oil pressure which My Thanksgiving Day didn't start out well at all. My car died on I-95 while I was out of town. My engine had seized up due to low oil pressure which I thought meant low oil when it really should have said "OIL PUMP FAILURE!!!" I had my 2003 Ford Explorer towed to the nearest Ford Dealer which luckily was Bozard Ford! Needless to say, Black Friday I was buying a new car. Couldn't have had a better buying experience with everyone at this dealership. Stephen Purdy, my salesman for the day, gave me excellent, exclusive service. He treated me like I was Queen for the Day! Next I had a visit from Bo Bozard himself to give me the special "Bo Touch!" Priceless!!! Wrapped up the financing with cutie Chase Burnett. (Had to say it because he is just so darn adorable!) The financing paperwork was completed with ease, all except for a FREE CAR. Darn the new car payments! More

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE I realized almost 2 years after I sold my Ford that I had not received my refund from by previous service contract. With in a few minutes the sales team Jesse and Patrick had a vehicle that fit everything that was on my list plus some! Worst car buying experience! I came to the dealer with a pre approval draft to purchase a new truck. I already knew what I was buying before I got there by the time we got to fina I came to the dealer with a pre approval draft to purchase a new truck. I already knew what I was buying before I got there by the time we got to finance they had convinced me that they had me approved with their lender at a better rate So I went with their lender. About 5 days later I called their lender to surprisingly find out that I was never approved with them. So here I am driving a new truck around for 5 days with no loan on it. Beware More
