This last time, I dealt with Russell Right and Marcia Nelson. Marcia was awesome to deal with! She was professional and caring and had a great sense of humor. My car was a bit out of warranty and the repair was going to be quite expensive but Russell Wright contacted Ford and Ford agreed to cover most of the cost. THANK YOU MARCIA AND RUSSELL! More

I visited Excellent customer service, great buying experience, an overall win/win. Yesterday I decided to buy a used F150 with specific requirements. I visited two dealerships and saw two trucks I would consider buying. Then I called Bozard and spoke to Buddy Price to see what was available. Even as I was discussing a truck with another dealer, Buddy was texting me pictures of an F150 that was available. I decided to go to Bozard and it was a decision I do not regret. Buddy was ready for me, showed me the vehicle and I said lets make it happen. I told Buddy what I needed to be able to say yes. Working with Buddy and Tom Reinard, Used Vehicle Sales Manager, we quickly reached a deal that I was very pleased with and I was offered financing that I could not turn down. Dealing with T.J. Bernal, Finance Manager, was also quick, easy and fast. Absolutely no issues. This is the third vehicle that I have bought from Bozard and although Bozard is ~ 45 mikes away from my house, I can honestly say that I will stop wasting my time by going to any other dealership. Consistently great customer service, a focus on listening to the customer, and a desire to make a sale with no runaround. Three things that I greatly value. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Bozard Ford to anyone looking for a vehicle. Today, my wife and I returned to Bozard and spoke again with Buddy about a potential new car for my daughter. I hope that this speaks volumes about my experiences with the employees and management of Bozard Ford. More

They had none in stock so my sales person had to order them. On numerous occasions I talked with my sales person but could not get a time frame for delivery. I called the sales desk but they didn't help. I then took a chance and called Tanya "WOW"! With in a half hour she called me and asked if she could deliver the item's to my home. She was going to drive and personally deliver right to my door step. As we were out at the time we took the car to Bozard. Tanya had everything installed, had the car washed, and filled the tank with gas. Are you kidding me who provides service like that to their customers these days? Bozard while I think your a great dealership you definitely raised the bar in customer service when you brought Tanya Tomanek on board. Thank you Bozard for Tanya, keep up the grate work and service! As the service progressed I was kept informed of the progress. I was given a loaner car which helped to make life easier for me while my car was being repaired. Overall, I was totally impressed with the way I was treated and the work on my car. My husband insisted I do this alone so I would learn how to handle this type of experience. I was really scared I might be intimidated because I was a woman. Not the case at Bozard Ford!! Everyone, especially Marcia, went overboard to make me feel important. Thanks to all! More
