Once we decided on the Truck we wanted.. we were directed to Chase who quickly and pleasantly got our paperwork in order! Unexpectedly we went home with a beautiful F150 - XTL !! By the way... this is our Third vehicle we have purchased from Bozard Ford.. We would definitely recommend this dealer. We feel we received a fair deal on our trade-in and a great price on our new truck.. And all from their very pleasant sales personnel! More

Absolutely the best automobile buying experience of my life. I did some preliminary e-mailing with Mike Murdock. Made an appointment to bring in my trade-in for inspection. When I got to the Bozard dealership it I did some preliminary e-mailing with Mike Murdock. Made an appointment to bring in my trade-in for inspection. When I got to the Bozard dealership it was really busy. Mike was tied up with a client and asked John Ramirez to work with me. I have to say John is very knowledgeable about his product. We went over the vehicle I was interested in from front to back. He showed and explained to me all the features. I asked questions and he gave me the answers. We took the truck for a test drive and for the first time in my life I got to actually test drive the vehicle. With combined interstate and city street driving I got a good feel for the truck. Upon returning to the dealership I expected the hard sales pitch, but that could not have been further from the truth. We sat down John pulled up the numbers on the computer and they were real close to what I envisioned them being. I made one adjustment to the number, the dealership made a counter and we had a deal. It could not have been easier and absolutely no pressure from start to finish. It is nice to work with knowledgeable professionals. Believe me when I say that the drive to the St. Augustine outlet mall dealership location was well worth the drive. More

I arrived at 10:30am and was driving home at 2:30pm WOW Best buying experience ever. I have purchased many cars in my sixty years but this was the best and most enjoyable purchase of them all. He showed me lots of things about the truck that I hadn't even seem. He even took the time to sync my phone to the truck, set up my account with Ford, and showed me how to use my phone with the truck. He took me on the best test drive I had ever taken, some highway and some back streets, to get a real feel for the truck. The guys in finance worked hard too because I had a tight budget and a terrible trade in, but they made it all work. If you want a great vehicle at a great price and work with great people then go to Bozard Ford, it is worth the drive. I drove from out near the airport on Jacksonville's north side all the way to Bozard and I am glad I did, it was worth the almost hour drive. In fact I intend to take my truck back to them for all service work. More
