Bozard has the perfect showplace outside for displaying their SUVs...so orderly it was easy to distinguish the differences between vehicles. Am most grateful that Mr. Freddy Brown welcomed us as we drove into Bozard's parking area. He was the perfect salesman for us as he has the sunny disposition of our 44 year old son and the patience!!! He made learning about the different Expeditions and Lincoln SUVs very enjoyable, making me drive them all. He saved the King Ranch for the last. The interior absolutely sold me over the other handsome Expeditions. While my husband will be the main driver, since he is retired it will not be a work truck and I will enjoy it all the time also with him. Freddy was meticulous in making sure all our questions were answered, and if he didn't know the answer he found out for us. Like I said his patience and disposition led us to have a most pleasant shopping experience. We had visited two other Ford dealerships and no one was organized like Bozard and no one had a salesman to show us SUVs like Freddy Brown. Please thank him again. We appreciated his "made in America" Bozard Plastic hot/cold Tumblers and hat. Matt Tudor's extra effort in the arrangements for trading our Mustang was much appreciated, while perfectionist Chase Burnett's excellent handling of our financing and rebates was great, and we enjoyed Ronnie Shierling's technical education of us, setting codes, etc. in the Expedition...very helpful. Lease Return I was leasing a ford from Bozard and after a year and a half I had less then two thousand miles on the vehicle. With three years left on my lease we I was leasing a ford from Bozard and after a year and a half I had less then two thousand miles on the vehicle. With three years left on my lease we took another of our cars that we also leased in for service we asked Ronnie Shierling if there was anything that could be done. I didn't think you could walk away from a lease so I didn't think much could be done. How ever Ronnie put together a team to see what if anything thing could be done. Ronnie was very positive and he and his team were able to address all my concerns and was able to get me out of my lease with no penalties and their attitudes were just so great! I have move here only three and my family have bought three car's from Bozard. I love working with theses folks and buying from them is the best and easiest of any car dealer I have ever bought from, GM of Ford. I then traded two and leased one. Saving one hundred dollars a WEEK. Do yourself a favor if you need a vehicle, go and buy from Bozard Ford!!! More
