Raptor I called Luis Crespo on Friday 19 September and told him I was interested in the Blue Raptor you had on your lot. We worked on it and could not get w I called Luis Crespo on Friday 19 September and told him I was interested in the Blue Raptor you had on your lot. We worked on it and could not get where I wanted to be. He called me back on Saturday and we were still working on it. Sunday I received a phone call telling me the Blue one had been sold, however if I would like to purchase the Red one we could make a deal. We agreed on a price that moment and I told him I would be down on Monday to purchase the Raptor. Monday morning I went to NFCU picked up my check and drove 70 minutes to Bozard. When I arrived I was met by Freddy Brown who told me Luis was not in and he would be taking care of me. He was great and helped me with everything. This was another great experience at Bozard. Both Luis and F5reddy were excellent! More
Just an amazing experience We had purchased from other dealerships and always found it to be a chore and very stressful. Then came in Frank he worked with me via email to stay in budget and find a truck that fit all of our needs and a lot of our wants. When we walked in we were met with smiles and our kids were given snack (so you know your in their good graces too). We told our good friends over dinner the evening after we came home with our new truck about Frank and Bozard. On Saturday 2 days after our purchase we came back in to see frank and get our interior stain guarded and there walks in our friends to meet Frank for themselves. Hats off to Frank and Bozard you have changed our mind about what car buying should be like. More

We finally got around to coming down from Jacksonville to look. Mr.Robertson showed us some vehicles on the lot that might interest us but I finally decided to save some time and look for a Ford. The Ford Edge showed up on the computer inventory and we agreed that it would be nice to try. Mr. Robertson had extensive product knowledge and at no time used any pressure sales tactics. He worked us through the deal and gave us what we wanted for our trade. I had no idea my wife and I would leave with a car. This was THE ONLY car dealership that I have dealt with where I left there with a smile on my face!!! I will never use another dealership and I highly recommend Bozard for any vehicle needs. More
Great Service Department But Substandard Part I took my 2014 Ford Fiesta in for service under warranty. The CD player had completely quit working. After testing the audio unit and finding it DOA t I took my 2014 Ford Fiesta in for service under warranty. The CD player had completely quit working. After testing the audio unit and finding it DOA they ordered another one and put it in. When I tested the CD player it accepted the CD and then said there was no CD in it. The player would not eject the CD. They ordered another audio unit and installed it promptly. This time, at least for the time being, it is working as it should. I do not blame the staff and workers there at all. They were very courteous, helpful, and prompt in the installation. I blame whoever at the Ford factory is apparently accepting the lowest bid for audio units. Whoever they are buying from, this unit is complete garbage. The first one died in 5 months and the first replacement they sent out was defective and they apparently did not even check it. This buying of cheap parts is completely unacceptable. No audio unit should quit working 5 months after you purchase a car and it is inexcusable for them to ship out a defective replacement without even checking it first. Now I have to wait a month to get the CD back after their defective player ate it. Three trips to the service department and work time lost. This should not have happened. Whoever is purchasing parts like the audio system should be fired. This is completely unacceptable and I am very upset about it. As I said, the service department at Bozard was wonderful. They did their job, but the parts buyer and testing people at the factory let them and me down. More

They went out of their way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted, even though it meant These guys made buying my first car a great experience! They went out of their way to make sure that I got exactly what I wanted, even though it meant they had to ship the car in from another dealer. And even when a couple of things fell through, Luis and Freddie made sure that I got everything I needed. I will definitely recommend these gentlemen to all of my friends! More
