My salesman, Lyndon Dych, made sure the vehicle I was interested in was on the lot before we made the trip to the dealership. It was exactly what I was looking for and even better than I expected. It was a 2005 Ford Explorer with a mere 44,000 miles on it and it looked brand new! The price was mutually agreed upon very quickly and my wife and I could not have been happier with the whole transaction, thanks Ovidio Cirtina. Lyndon was awesome in making us comfortable and the trust was there from the beginning. I'll be back !!! God bless Bozard Ford !!! More
bad service manager my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at my car was in a accident and was in the body shop for 2 months when I received it back it was barley running so it was towed to bozard to be looked at. the computer said it was misfiring on 2 cylinders. bozard told my ins. company it was due to maintenance. my car was running just fine when it was struck by another in the left front at about 40mph. due to the service manager saying it was due to maintenance my ins. company would not pay anything to fix the motor problems. when I went in to confront the service manager all he wanted to do was argue that its most likely maintenance but not 100%. i wanted him to admit that what he told the ins. company was not the truth and that it could have been something from the accident, but he would not. and after a few minutes of chatting the service writer got all upset and jumped up and got in my face and wanted to take me outside and fight. i told them to just let me pay for the computer check so i could leave and when i received the survey in the mail i would give them a bad wright up. that made them very upset and told me there would be no charge. still to this day i have never received a survey in the mail. that's one way to make sure your #1 customer rated ford dealer. i had the motor looked at and fixed at another shop and had to pay for it out of my pocket .. $652. thanks for all the help bozard. I had been completely frustrated with the noise while having to drive back and forth to Atlanta every 3 months. Last week, I got the good news. The vibration noise was finally found and she told me to drive the car for a day or two to make sure it was gone before I paid my deductible. I called her and paid the next day after driving the car on the highway. I am crossing my fingers that it will not come back. She also had the detail guy buff out some sticking white stuff that had gotten on my car. I was extremely pleased with everything she did in order to fix my car. She is so friendly and always has the best interests of her customers as the top priority. More

They had to order the part which came in the next day and they had no problem with my picking the car up the following morning because of my work schedule. All in all an excellent experience. More
