I was on the defensive as I always am when I go to a dealership, and I was pleasantly surprised to find out Chase was a very easy going no pressure kind of guy. We truly felt that he was working for us , we would not hesitate to drive back up there and buy from Chase again. AJ in finance was equally as enjoyable to deal with, a great personality. Little to no time to shop Little to no time to buy a new truck. Test drove a truck on a Thursday night and went to several other dealerships to do the same. Bozard Ford was the only one that didn't pressure us to buy it that night. Louis phoned my husband on Saturday with a bottom line price. We came back in on Sunday purchased the truck with no hidden fees. Extremely important to us was the time it took and staying true to their word. We were out the door in a couple of hours thanks to Louis and their finance dept. Extremely impressed with the whole process. More

Fantastic experience! I've always heard that buying a car can be a hassle, not from my experience. As a first time car buyer I found it a very enjoyable time. I live in Chi I've always heard that buying a car can be a hassle, not from my experience. As a first time car buyer I found it a very enjoyable time. I live in Chicago and the help I got from John by sending me videos of the car, speaking to me on the phone and answering any and all question so had to the fullest extent really helped. I had people I know go and look at the car and John was ready and willing to speak with them. By the time I flew down to purchase the car I knew how much I would pay per month and felt like I had known john for years. Everything was checked out and cleaned to perfection. John even went out of his way to find key fobs that would allow me to use my remote start. Going over the paperwork with AJ was easy and quick. I will happily refer everyone I know to Bozard and continue to use them anytime I need a car (even if I live across the country). Thanks Bozard for making this painless and going above and beyond like I know you always do! More
