Great Service I live in Jax Beach but I bought my Truck at Bozard in 2013. I considered taking my truck to a local dealer for my first oil change thinking St Augus I live in Jax Beach but I bought my Truck at Bozard in 2013. I considered taking my truck to a local dealer for my first oil change thinking St Augustine was too far away but I wanted to get my truck serviced where I bought it. I scheduled my appointment on Bozard's website to ensure I would get serviced as soon as I arrived so I wouldn't be too late for work. Once I arrived Tony greeted me with a smile and acknowledge my appointment. Five minutes later my truck was getting service and less than 30 minutes later I was on my way back to Jax to go to work. Needless to say I'll be back to Bozard for any service my truck needs. More

Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to You know the saying, "You Don’t Know What You Have Until It’s Gone?" Well, you can never truly appreciate the service at Bozard Ford until you have to spend a few hours at Tom Bush BMW. You pull up into the service lane, no one comes to see you. You walk in, no one talks to you for a good 5-10 minutes. You finally get checked in after you overhear the service manager say, "Well, she's 15 minutes early," and no one talks to you. No one asks you if you'd like some water. If you'd like to know what interent to use while you wait. If you'd like a snack. Or maybe a ride to the Town Center. If you'd like somewhere to sit comfortably while you wait. Disney World may be called the best place on earth, but Bozard Ford is a close second. I wish there was a Bozard BMW. But a dream is a wish your heart makes. More

Still pinching myself I must say, I am very impressed with the service I received from Bozard Ford & Lincoln. From beginning to end it was a great experience. I found the car I wanted online, called ahead and set an appointment to go see it. Once I arrived I was greeted by my sales person, Luis Crespo. Luis took me over to the car and went over all of the features with myself, my wife, niece and nephews. Luis was very knowledge and was never pushy with the purchase of my new vehicle. I additionally had a trade-in which I received more than fair value for. It's easy to tell that the staff at Bozard focus on doing the right thing for their customers. I still can't believe that buying a car could be the quick and easy experience the Bozard Ford & Lincoln made it. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted, at a great price and was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour. Thank you to the staff of Bozard Ford & Lincoln for your courtesy and professionalism, I will let you guys know if I ever wake up from the dream of purchasing my new car. As for the service one receives, we'll give a recent example. A few weeks ago, our car overheated. An independent repair shop, which was nearby, determined it was the a/c. They bragged that they could beat ANY dealership price by a large margin. Our disabled car happened to be located next to another FORD dealership and towing to that dealership was free. We called Bozard Ford and Dawn said "we'll match that price!" . She also honored a coupon! WE ACTUALLY PAID A FEE to have our car towed to Bozard!
