We came too see the Taurus , our real desire was for the Lincoln , Luis picked up on this and told us he could make it happen . Our next stop was the dreaded Business Manager ! Wow what a supprize , AJ Miller was not a grumpy ogre like I expected . A J was great , this buying experience was the best ever ! We love our new Lincoln and the Bozart family. More

20,000 maintenance I came into Quick Lane without an appointment and was assured I would have service in no longer than an hour and a half for my 6 month old Ford Flex. Patrick and Jeff went above and beyond to ensure that I understood what I was getting myself into. Patrick was efficient in the buying process. I never felt like I was wasting my time, or that I was being rushed with his time. Patrick & Jeff really went above and beyond to make me feel welcome at the Bozard Ford Lincoln Dealership. I feel like I got a vehicle that is reliable, and dependable at a price that was unarguable. Jeff stayed late to allow me to get to the dealership after I got off work. Not once did Patrick make me feel like an inconvenience. It is rare to get customer service that you can say you felt like you were actually valued as a customer. Patrick and Jeff did just that. I felt like they valued my opinion as a buyer, and respected that. They provided me with the service I needed and wanted with a personal impression. I personally work with Marcia most of the time and always feel confident my auto needs and concerns will be resolved. Plus, I like the fact that when I have to leave my vehicle, Marcia will call and keep me updated on the progress and she makes sure I understand any service recommendations or additional charges. Overall, truly a happy and painless experience as far as having a car serviced can be. More
Routine Lincoln MKX service I made two service appointments for my wife's 2013 Lincoln MKX and my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. The new Quick Lane Service Center is amazing, I felt I made two service appointments for my wife's 2013 Lincoln MKX and my 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium. The new Quick Lane Service Center is amazing, I felt like I was entering a resort lobby. The atmosphere is luxurious with no detail overlooked. The lounge area is inviting and upscale, the premise was spotless, the creature comforts with coffee, tea and water, WiFi Internet and even PC's were provided - I almost forgot the fresh baked chocolate chip cookies, they have those too. Kevin greeted me promptly and immediately had my car in the service department. I marveled at how Kevin never stopped for a moment, constantly checking on customers cars, interfacing with the service technicians and ensuring that all was as it should be. Both cars were washed, vacuumed and returned to me in spotless condition. Both cars were inspected, serviced and both were done under an hour. Even though I live in Jacksonville, I could go to local dealers for servicing, but I am always treated professionally and expertly by my friends at Bozard and that is worth the short drive down to St. Augustine to experience the best service I have ever had at any dealership to date. I walked across the street to the new car showroom to say hello to my friend and salesman Henry Rowe and unlike most car buying experiences, I look forward to meeting and talking with everyone at Bozard, who I trust for all of my new car and service needs. Bozard Ford Lincoln is definitely #1 in my book and I tell everyone I know about them, they really do care about their customers and treat each with respect, dignity and go out of their way to make sure each and every customer is 100% satisfied - and I am, maybe even 110%! First I like Ford Dealerships and this one is at the top. Marcia was very helpful and courtious. I went in because I neede to have my batteries checked and charging system. In checking that and the 19 point service, I needed rear brakes too. They scheduled me for the next day as I would have to wait. The fixes were done quickly and I got my truck back cleaner than when I got there. I recommend this dealership very highly. More
