Still pinching myself I must say, I am very impressed with the service I received from Bozard Ford & Lincoln. From beginning to end it was a great experience. I found the car I wanted online, called ahead and set an appointment to go see it. Once I arrived I was greeted by my sales person, Luis Crespo. Luis took me over to the car and went over all of the features with myself, my wife, niece and nephews. Luis was very knowledge and was never pushy with the purchase of my new vehicle. I additionally had a trade-in which I received more than fair value for. It's easy to tell that the staff at Bozard focus on doing the right thing for their customers. I still can't believe that buying a car could be the quick and easy experience the Bozard Ford & Lincoln made it. At the end of the day, I got the car I wanted, at a great price and was in and out of the dealer in less than an hour. Thank you to the staff of Bozard Ford & Lincoln for your courtesy and professionalism, I will let you guys know if I ever wake up from the dream of purchasing my new car. Hopefully by then it will be time for my next car from Bozard!!! More

As for the service one receives, we'll give a recent example. A few weeks ago, our car overheated. An independent repair shop, which was nearby, determined it was the a/c. They bragged that they could beat ANY dealership price by a large margin. Our disabled car happened to be located next to another FORD dealership and towing to that dealership was free. We called Bozard Ford and Dawn said "we'll match that price!" . She also honored a coupon! WE ACTUALLY PAID A FEE to have our car towed to Bozard!
