An unexpected pleasure Friday night, my wife and I took a drive on a " date " to Bozard Ford / Lincoln just to " look" at cars. We leisurely strolled the lot after hours, looking at the various cars. We finally found a Silver MKX that caught our eye. Saturday, I drove back to Bozard and met an exceptional Sales Representative , John Upton. After discussing the car , I drove to pick up my wife from work at 6 P.M.. John could not have been more helpful , courteous , and informative , throughout the test drive and sales process. A. J. Miller is the most competent , efficient , and humorous sales closer that I have EVER encountered , and I am 70 years old. We laughed through the whole process. We decided to look you up online during one of your commercials and were surprised by the inventory available. I entered some information about our 2011 F150 and what trade-in might be and was contacted immediately by Fred Sellers both by email and a call. He said he would love to see our truck and based on our conversation, sent us information on a 2014 F150. We talked to Fred and decided to stop by on our way home from a few nights stay in Saint Augustine. When we arrived, Fred was there and was so eager to show us all the features of the 2014. He took us for a test drive like none I have ever been on before. He was completely knowledgeable on all the features of the truck. He told us things we didn’t even know about our own F150. We are happy to say we love the 2014 and he made the whole process very pleasant. AJ in the finance office was equally as knowledgeable about his part in the process and made us feel very at ease. Fred introduced us to the accessories coordinator, Billy Arndt, who also took us for a ride in an after- market upgraded engine on a truck, and gave us a little tour of the new accessories area that is under construction. He was also very knowledgeable and we look forward to working with him in the future. It is obvious Bozard Ford puts the customer first. Every person we encountered seemed to truly enjoy their job. My situation wasn't 100% normal and I wanted a car that they didn't have in stock, but they worked hard until, all while staying in touch with me to let me know of their progress, they actually found the car I wanted. They went and got the car and brought it to their dealership, cleaned it up and had most of the paperwork ready to go when I arrived there a few days later to actually pick up the car and finalize everything. I would highly recommend Bozard, specifically, Chase and AJ, if you are in the market for a car. More
