Anthony was so great the financing was quick, I was in and out in about 3 hours, super quick and so easy. My dad had bought a car from the dealership and was so pleased he brought me in to look. I looked and left with a brand new truck, and I really could not be happier. My mom is looking for a car also in the next few months and we live 3 hours away, but I already told her we would be making the drive to this dealership because they are the best. Clutch assembly replacement 2013 Focus Alek was very supportive of the rough shifting and rough idling because of the clutch. He contacted Ford and the parts were ordered. He contacted me when the parts arrived to schedule an appointment for the replacement. When the car was not ready that day he arranged for a loaner until the car repair was completed, Alek is a credit to Bozard Ford, as excellent service is a factor when a car purchase is made. The most impressive part was how much time he took to demonstrate all of the features before we left, even though he had other customers waiting on him and the dealership was already supposed to be closed an hour earlier.
