Let me say they even stayed 2 hours after closing time (we drove down from Savannah, Ga)! Bruce was unlike any salesman, no haggling, no pressuring. John kept us updated whether anyone else was interested in the car and was able to set us up with a deal to put a deposit down and hold the car until I got back. My truck that I was trading in was registered under my mom's name, so I spent the whole day driving to and from Daytona to get the title from her. When I thought nothing else would go wrong, my power steering went out on my truck and had to have it towed from the airport to the dealership. I literally hadn't driven or sat in my truck for a week. When we finally had everything lined up, it turns out that while I am on our insurance policy, they put my mom's name on the card and not mine. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone getting proof of insurance. John was super patient and very informative. We were finally ready to leave when I realized I hadn't been in my car but once since we decided to buy the Lincoln, and I never had a chance to empty out my truck! John rode with us out to the car and helped me unpack my items from the trade-in and showed us a few extra gadgets on the Lincoln we still didn't know about. One day in and I am still in love with this car. Would definitely recommend Bozard Ford as well as John Upton. Thanks, John! More

They have purchased at least 10 vehicles from Bozard Ford and have been more than satisfied with each one. My grandparents, Jim and Barbara, do not trust any other car on the road except for a Ford and have also dealt with Bozard Ford for many years. We have been truly blessed to be family friends with the Bozard's especially Mrs. Letti Bozard. Her daughter Grace and I played volleyball together for many years when we were younger and they are the nicest and sweetest family to be around. That itself just goes to show that Bozard Ford is a family oriented dealership and it also shows the respect that is given to others. My family surprised me with a 2013 Ford Escape as a high school graduation present. I was truly shocked and could not believe that it was mine. My family began to explain how this was made possible. As my parents were looking for a new vehicle the day before graduation Mr. Ricky Godwin was by their side willing to help in any way possible. Mrs. Letti Bozard was kind enough to show my parents several vehicles from new to used and spent hours with them. They finally found the right vehicle and Mrs. Letti made everything possible from the finances to the bow on top of the car. Bozard Ford has everything that a dealership needs great service, a friendly and helpful staff, respect, and great owners! I waited for several hours to find out what was wrong with my car. I was set up with transport so that I could get a couple of errands done by a driver from Bozzard. Near the end of the day I found out that I had to rent a car. Marcia set me up for a rental and gave me detailed information about how long it would take for my car to be fixed and quoted me the price. I got a phone call from her when the work was completed. The customer service could not have been any better. Thank you for taking care of my needs and exceeding all of my expectations. More

Great experience!! Several weeks ago, I was looking to purchase a new 2014 Ford Mustang GT. I went to one dealership in Green Cove Springs, FL thinking I could get a gre Several weeks ago, I was looking to purchase a new 2014 Ford Mustang GT. I went to one dealership in Green Cove Springs, FL thinking I could get a great deal. The particular car I was searching for was not in their current inventory and they would have to locate it at another dealer. They quickly located it, but told me it would cost me an additional $350.00 to have it shipped to their dealership. Also, I was going to be trading in my 2013 Honda Accord EXL V-6, but when he told me what they were offering me as the trade in value, I was shocked. This particular dealership wasn't even offering me a fair value for my car. I even showed the salesman on my smartphone the NADA and Kelly Blue Book value for my car. He said they don't use either of those sites to put a value on cars. With that being said, I thanked him for his time and then drove to Bozard Ford in St.Augustine. From the moment I stepped on the lot, Luis Crespo was attentive, asked what type of car I was interested in and then proceeded to showing me what they had on their lot. I told Luis exactly what I was looking for, but he didn't have it in his inventory. He said he could get it from another Ford dealer, but I then asked how much that would cost me? To my surprise, he said it wouldn't cost me anything. I told him of my experience earlier in the day at the other dealership, and he was shocked that they wanted to charge me to have the car brought from the other dealership. Anyway, since he didn't have the car in his current inventory, he asked me if their was a Mustang on the lot that I might consider. I said, "Yes, IF the price is right". Luis went out of his way to get me the best deal he could. He told me of the incentives Ford Motor Company had going on at that time. Not only that, but Bozard Ford offered me an additional $2000.00 for my trade in than the dealership I was at earlier in the day. I actually felt as if Bozard Ford was really doing everything they could to sell me that car. I was totally impressed with the whole experience. For once, I didn't feel like the dealership was trying to screw me. They were courteous, polite, and very professional.
