Recently, I had a problem with a stuck passenger door on my F-150. Tom Krell was extremely helpful in assisting me with getting it serviced and resolved. In researching a replacement for my 2009 Hybrid Escalade to downsize to something smaller in SUV yet with most of the luxury features I had in the Cadillac, I was impressed with the 2014 Ford Explorer. A coworker recommended Bozard so I went to take a look. It was my first interaction with Bozard. The receptionist was very courteous and soon found Joey to begin showing me options for Explorers. He gave me a good run down of models, colors and option packages on their very large lot. After a test drive, Joey sat down with me to go over trade in and desired Explorer. He and Bryan located a match at another dealer that unfortunately fell through, but they quickly found a similar match at another dealer in the southeast. TJ arranged delivery of the vehicle and got it here one day sooner than expected. I received exactly what I calculated on the Kelly Blue Book site for trade in value and they added a nice dealer incentive in the deal. Joey came in the evening I picked up the car on his day off to make sure car was serviced and clean. Matt very smoothly completed trade and purchase paperwork and financing. He also offered their extended warranty and service packages in a professional and low key manner. Finally, Joey gave me a personal introduction to the vehicle and operation of all the high tech features. It's the first time I've had a car salesman help me pair my phone to the car via Bluetooth to make sure it works. He then made sure all the essential features were working, showed me where to find key info in the owners guide and when the next class on My Ford would be. Everyone at Bozard was helpful without being overbearing and did a nice job delivering a new vehicle in perfect condition. It's the easiest car buying experience I've had. I highly recommend the Bozard team for your next trade and am very pleased with my Explorer Limited. More
