Most recently on a service visit I dealt with Marcia Nelson, who was absolutely wonderful to work with. Her professionalism was compimented by her Southern charm which provided a unique experince. I observed her and other members of the staff handling problems that quelled any worries that any of the other customers may have had. First I must say my husband can't stand car salesmen, but after he purchased his Jeep from Ashley Van Dunk within the week we were back to purchase a vehicle for myself. When it was time for the dreaded financing and paperwork A.J. was just as fabulous and made that whole process as painless as it could be even though it was quite late by this time.
