Bruce went above and beyond. I must have called him at least 2 dozen times with small questions. He always seemed more than happy to answer all of my questions and was very patient with me. During the time my vehicle was being manufactured he contacted me at least once a week to keep me updated. After the production date he called me everyday to let me know where my vehicle was as he was aware I was very eager to get it. My vehicle did not have tinted windows on the front and I asked if he could get them tinted for me and he had them tinted the day after he recieved the vehicle. I have purchased 6 other vehicles during my life and I have never had such a pleasant and smooth process. More

I walked into Bozard Ford Lincoln feeling apprehensive in my ability to choose a car for myself. As it turned out, Chase and I both share a love of surfing, wine, fine furs, and caviar. Not only did he give me a new surf spot to check out, but he also took me out for drinks and a movie. What a great guy! My personality does not usually mesh well with someone trying to hustle a few dollars from me, but with Chase everything flowed so smoothly I almost forgot he was getting paid off my transaction. What a pro! Not only did I not feel taken advantage of, but I also get to drive around in this sick Peugot 207 he sold me off the lot. I didn't even know they were available in the USA.
