Bozard Ford-Lincoln was selected for our visit to see new cars because they are so large. The moment we arrived, Frank Severius greeted us grandly, offering popcorn, cookies and water. He answered every and all questions we had, and when he couldn't, he immediately found someone in another department to get that information from for us. I have purchased innumerable cars and trucks in my life and have NEVER had such a joyful experience as with Frank. He is a natural born salesman! When time to finance arrived, we were handed over to Terry Seymour who was as capable as Frank in his own area of finances and warranties. We had a good long talk with Terry who regaled us with interesting stories. We found him well grounded with both feet planted firmly on the ground. A person can't ask for better than these two gentlemen when shopping for a car. More

I felt special from the moment I walked in the door. They made it easy to make the decision; they found me exactly what I wanted at a price the other dealerships couldn't match. Add in the great customer service and I'm a client for life (and their new biggest fan). I even purchased the extended warranty, maintenance package and the auto butler. On August 31, 2013, my husband and I visited Bozard Ford to "look" at the new 2014 Mustangs on the lot. We had visited other dealerships in the surrounding area and didn't see the exact car for us. Bozard had an excellent selection on the lot and a variety of colors to choose from. While walking the lot, a friendly salesperson asked if we needed some help and kindly sent over Luis Crespo because he was currently helping another customer. Luis Crespo greeted us with a warm smile and friendly disposition. I was expecting a pushy salesperson so I was very direct on what I wanted and didn't want. After talking a few minutes with Luis, I was quickly put at ease. He was very professional and passionate about selling cars. It was certainly a plus that Luis also owned a FORD MUSTANG.....a similar car to what we were about to test drive and possibly buy in the future. Luis was very knowledgeable about everything on the vehicle and was excited for us to test drive this magnificent car. My husband took the wheel and drove us around St Augustine with our salesperson in tow. While on the test drive, I insisted on riding in the backseat because I wanted to feel just how much leg room was available. Wow, was I surprised. More comfortable than I had imagined. The car rode like a dream. I could see from the back.....yes the backseat.......my husband Steven was on cloud nine. The smile this car put on his face was certainly a Kodak moment to say the least. He was loving this car!! Luis Crespo continued to inform us of all the details and we were quietly falling in love. I believe my husband had already formed a bond with this "PONY" before we got back to the dealership. Luis Crespo was able to make us a deal we couldn't refuse and made our car shopping experience the most positive one we have had with Ford Motor company EVER. I went for a service recall part on my 2003 Taurus. There was a tent sale going on. We walked around and met John Ramirez. Pleasant and professional. We came home with a 2011 Mustang.
