When we first arrived to the Ford lot, we were immediately greeted with a warm welcome from John. He took us for a test drive on one of the Explorers we were interested in. We left that day, decided to check out some other SUV's, and realized that the explorer was what we wanted. We were interested in other options/additions than what we test drove. Both Johns were right there, working on getting OUR vehicle to us. We decided to build our own explorer, and both Johns were nothing but wonderful.
