I was traveling from Ohio to Daytona Beach Florida when our tire blew out. On our GPS we located the nearest Ford dealership, which was Bozard. The services dept had just shut and locked the doors, I was panic struck and desperate, there was no way we would make the 80 mile drive to Daytona Beach. I went into the showroom and introduced myself to Thom Workman and explained our situation. He coudnt have been kinder and was the nicest person I have delt with in a long time! He smiled at me and said it was okay and that he would do what ever he could to help, he walked me back to service where Chris and Dan had not actually left yet and they both agreed to stay and change my tire. I am so great full to these 3 men!!! they saved our vacation. Dan and Chris had our tire changed quickly and we were back on the road to one our best vacations yet. Customer service is hard to find these days but Bozard Ford has it. Thank You so much to Thom who stayed with us the whole time & gave us a great price. I was in the market for a 2013 F150 Lariat and went to three dealers, and not one compared to Bozard Ford, mainly because of Tom Krell. For the test drive he made a special effort to not just put me in any F150, he made sure he selected a F150, Super Cab, Eco Boost V-6, with a 373 read end, which is what I wanted to purchase. Prior to the sell I had many questions, and he was very helpful with the answers. He never pressured me into buying, which I appreciated. I ordered a 2013 F150 and had to wait 7 weeks for the delivery. During that time, I had several questions come up, and Tom was always very helpful. If he did not have the answer, he got it in short order, and got right back to me. I am 67 years old and have purchased many many cars over the years, and have dealt with many car dealers and salesman, and Bozard ranks at the top of the list. During my experience on this purchase I talked to several other people in sales, service, and finance, and everyone I had contact with was World Class in every way. I have several friends that have purchased vehicles from Bozard and they all had the same great experience as me. I will definitely be recommending Bozard Ford to my friends, and Tom Krell is the best of the best in my opinion. It was a pleasure to deal with such professionals in the car business without any pressure. More

The Service Advisor was exceeding helpful in both the selection of the tires I purchased plus her assistance and caring attention at the dealership when I came yesterday to have 4 tires installed.
