Here is how it started, saw the vehicle I was looking for online, couple days before purchase had a friend go look at vehicle as I live an hour away. Friend stated that vehicle was in great shape. After a lot of research on vehicle I went to Bozards ready for the nightmare of buying a vehicle (you know the pressure, the advantage taking, the fight over price) well, I can tell you how it was for me and my wife GREAT!!!! None of what I stated earlier ( no pressure, no fight on price, no advantage taking). At 12:30 pm I walked up to a sales man named Wayne Rodale. I handed Wayne a paper with price I wanted to pay, Trade-In I wanted and what I was going to put down and then told Wayne to work the figures and I would return at 4:30. Well, I did return and I was on edge because of the car buying nightmare. Well, I will tell you it was the complete opposite. Wayne did come back with a counter offer which was fair in my book. Long of the short is >>>> "It was the best car buying experience I have ever had". Wayne Rodale was great and TJ in the finance dept made my wife and I feel good about buying the vehicle and we will be back 2014 to purchase my wife a new vehicle. Had an excellent experience w/ Bozard Ford. We started our car search online and spent 20+ hours doing research and deciding. We had settled on 3 dealerships that we wanted to visit to test drive & purcha our car search online and spent 20+ hours doing research and deciding. We had settled on 3 dealerships that we wanted to visit to test drive & purchase cars. I sent contact emails to each individually and received a personalized response from Bozard within 30 minutes. Frank took the time to go out & check the car we were purchasing to make sure the previous owner was not a smoker (I have severe allergies to smoke) and when I returned his call and he was with another client, he had another salesman call me back within 5 minutes. We completed the majority of our paperwork & received the buyers order by email. Everything up to that point was handled so quickly & professionally, we decided to cancel the appointments at the other dealerships. It took less than 90 minutes from when we hit the door to when we pulled out of the lot & that included the inspection, test drive, and all the paperwork. Very professional from start to finish, non pressuring, and no games/tactics. We will be recommending them to all of our friends & family. As an additional comment, I liked the fact they had names/faces/bios & reviews on their website. It was nice than when approached by the employees, I was able to recognize them immediately. More

Showed up on a Saturday night five minutes before closing and Lyndon Dych still came out and spent over an hour with us and was able to find the car we wanted.
