On September 8th, My husband and I went to "look" at 2014 Ford Mustangs. We were met by a friendly salesman named Luis. He asked us a few questions for example: of what we liked in a Mustan "look" at 2014 Ford Mustangs. We were met by a friendly salesman named Luis. He asked us a few questions for example: of what we liked in a Mustang: Do you want a V6 or V8 ? - oh course the V8 was the area we were looking for. Within a short time we had our looking down to 5 cars. All of which Luis gratiously got the keys for and took test drives on them all. Luis was a good sport about having to go back and forth into the different vehicles. and jumping in the back seat for our test drives. Then it came down to 2 either a black coupe or a blue convertible. The convertible won!! We found out the when the car door opens that a image of a pony will illuminate on the ground. We didn't even see this feature!! We were impressed with his knowledge of Ford Mustangs and even went to checkout his Mustang. Which gave us ideas on some the tweeks we could do . Even the next day, we called Luis with a few more questions, he was very knowledgable and quick with a response. Thank you Luis for the great conversation and not having any white knuckles during our test drive. This has been the easiest car purchase to date. We look forward to driving our new Pony!!! Stephen was very friendly and helpful right from the very start. We told him what vehicle we were looking for and he took us right to it. Stephen was very knowledgeable and after he showed us all the bells and whistles of the vehicle we were sold. Stephen made the whole "buying a car" experience great! As we were driving home form vacation in Florida, we spotted Bozard Ford Lincoln because of their great selection. Joey Kochevar greeted us & arranged a test drive in an Escape. Joey located one for us & introduced us to AJ Miller to arrange financing. AJ made financing a breeze & found us several deals to make it even better. They arranged for the car to be prepped, & then we had to transfer all our travel stuff from a minivan to a smaller vehicle. They were more patient about it than us. Very friendly folks. Bozard Ford-Lincoln was selected for our visit to see new cars because they are so large. The moment we arrived, Frank Severius greeted us grandly, offering popcorn, cookies and water. He answered every and all questions we had, and when he couldn't, he immediately found someone in another department to get that information from for us. I have purchased innumerable cars and trucks in my life and have NEVER had such a joyful experience as with Frank. He is a natural born salesman! When time to finance arrived, we were handed over to Terry Seymour who was as capable as Frank in his own area of finances and warranties. We had a good long talk with Terry who regaled us with interesting stories. We found him well grounded with both feet planted firmly on the ground. A person can't ask for better than these two gentlemen when shopping for a car. More

It is not easy to drive close to 400 miles to buy a new vehicle from someone, even if that person is your brother. However, I have done that twice now in the last 5 years because I can trust Ricky to do w vehicle from someone, even if that person is your brother. Being succesful in sales in one location for a long time has a lot to do with HARD WORK, RESPONSIBILITY AND HONESTY. Ricky had the top salesman with Bozard Ford for a long time and has been recognized as the top vehicle salesman in St. Augustine on several occasions. Being in professional sales myself, I value integrity and appreciate knowing my brother conducts his life with the same integrity that I try to conduct my own life with. In sales, I try to treat others like I would like to be treated. Ricky seems to do the same. Some people find it very hard to do business with family members, because they think they will be taken for granted and even used for the benefit of the salesperson relative. I really appreciate Ricky watching out after my interests. He even had Bozard Ford deliver my new truck all the way to the northwest part South Carolina and fill the truck with gas when they arrived.
