The Bozard Ford sales team was great, particularly Mr. Henry Rowe. Mr. Rowe's extensive knowledge of the Ford products and sales experience made our purchase experience relatively simple. We especially liked Mr. Rowe's easy going demeanor and "non-pushy" sales style. Mr. Rowe spent a good deal of his time searching national inventory for an Explorer that would meet our wants and needs. After exhausting his sources the decision was made to order a new automobile. After ordering our 2014 Ford Explorer Sport, Mr. Rowe provided us with timely updates regarding the vehicles manufacture and delivery. We used the X-Plan for the car purchase so the price for the vehicle was set not matter what dealer we chose to buy from. The only area of negotiation was on our trade-in vehicle. After much negotiation we settled for less than we thought our trade-in was worth. Just let me start by saying I have heard some bad things about this dealership. Well everything bad I have heard I don't see it. The pricing was a negotiation, that was very welcomed seeing that two dealerships Coggin Toyota and Beaver Toyota would not budge. Both were very courteous and respectful and saw to it that all our needs and concerns were taken care of. TJ handled all the paperwork. Once again,very courteous and professional. This is the part of buying a car that I hate but TJ made it enjoyable. The 600 mile trip was well worth the drive and I will definetaly make that drive again for my next vehicle. More

Tom went to work once we inquired about what options we desired, gave us many choices and provided a fair trade in analysis all over the internet and was very efficient . He knows his products and he always has your best interest in mind This is the 5th vehicle we have purchased from this dealer and every single one of the experiences were professional, honest and very smooth. It is just a pleasure to deal with folks that really do care and do look out for your best interest. Here are the most important reasons I drive over a 100 miles and past a dozen other Ford dealers to deal with these guys: I call up and tell them what I desire, they email me the availability, I can send photos of my trade via email if needed, they then respond with a fair trade allowance and fair sale price to us via email, if they don't have what you want they will get it. Then when you arrive they get you in and out very nice way for those that are limited on time. It took less than an hour and 1/2 in and out. Then there's AJ, another breathe of fresh air, AJ is in finance and saved us a pile of time and provided us the best options for finance. Even though they would have made more money providing us a different finance option, he sacrificed his financial interest for ours. He got us all the rebates and then even better he showed us that if we took an 100,000 mile extended warranty we would receive a better interest rate from Ford, the savings on the interest rate pretty much paid for the extended warranty of which we never take. But in this case, it was like a free or nearly free 100,000 warranty! Awesome! So if your reading this you probably think; hah this must be one of these guys buddies. Nope, just a very pleased and very discriminating customer that recognizes a business that operates the way consumers should expect. If you dread buying a new car, or dread spending all day dealing with the preverbal car dealer experience , you need to go see these guys. No high pressure, no gimmicks, no small print nonsense, just straight up dealings! very nice! Keep up the good work guys and you will always have return customers. Thank you very much. More

Over the weekend I purchased my sixth vehicle, a Ford Fusion Titanium, from Bozard Ford Lincoln. I have continued to buy from Bozard knowing that the service I will recieve from Ricky Goodwin and Team will exceed all expactations. I was even more delighted with the Sales Managment Team and their instance on ensuring my buying experience lacked in no areas! Although I plan on driving this spectacular car for quite sometime, the young drivers growing up in my household will drive Ford's with a Bozard decal! Working with Jay Cunningham was good experience. Unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. A couple of weeks prior, I visited your dealership as a returning customer from about 5 month Unfortunately the overall experience was disappointing. A couple of weeks prior, I visited your dealership as a returning customer from about 5 months ago to purchase a second vehicle. I requested the sales consultant that sold me the first vehicle. You didn't have the vehicle on the lot that I wanted, but it was going to be brought in from another dealership. I sat in your dealership for about 2.5 hours that day while your team worked on establishing numbers for the new vehicle and my trade. I ended up leaving because nothing was established. I told the sales consultant to contact me once he had it figured out. I waited for about four days and no contact from your sales consultant. I then called and asked for Jay Cunningham. I came in and Jay worked to put a deal together. The very disappointing result was that now the original vehicle that I wanted that was going to be brought in was no longer available to do so, I had to settle for the next best thing. The vehicle is fine, but it wasn't my first choice. What baffles my mind is receiving a letter from Thom Workman dated 07/29/2013 stating that my first sales consultant, Frank Serverius would be contacting me, Frank never did. It took me doing my own follow up to make this deal happen. It's too bad for Frank that due to his lack of follow-up cost him a sale. Kudos to Jay for showing me respect and doing what he said he would do. More

I rented a car, one-way, and arrived to sign papers and drive away in my King Ranch. The monthly quote was not firm. It was $15 dollars more than quoted by Mr. Moon. TJ was a huge help in at least finding a compromise to keep me from driving back home without a truck. Slightly frustrating. If not for TJ and Fred being so personable and friendly, I would have driven home without making a purchase. More
