Bozard Ford Lincoln

I have been a service customer of Bozard for a couple of years with our 2008 Lincoln Navigator and because of this experience I wanted to only buy from Bozard. My experience with Bozard Ford was fantastic and it was because of the courteous and friendly sales staff member Jay Cunningham and the Finance Director Terry Seymour. I went in to downsize my vehicle from because of the courteous and friendly sales staff member Jay Cunningham and the Finance Director Terry Seymour. I went in to downsize my vehicle from a large SUV and picked a small car. I loved the car but after driving it for a few days I realized that it made me extremely nervous being so small and I was starting to regret my decision. I contacted Jay and Terry and they worked together to find me the perfect vehicle (Mercury Mariner) and redo all the sales and title paperwork. Never once did they make me feel bad for coming back to them. They both wanted me to be happy with the vehicle purchase and happy with Bozard Ford.
