Literally, from the minute we contacted Ronnie about buying a new vehicle to the minute we drove off the lot in it, everything was just incredibly easy. I let Ronnie know what I was looking for, and he found the exact F-150 I wanted within a day's time with no problem. We did a few test drives together with trucks there from the lot. (Yes, he tried to interest me in one, but I wouldn't budge.) He literally explained everything about the truck from bumper to bumper. Brought the truck he located for me over to Bozard, and did the same thing again with the truck I was buying. Pricing was painless and stress-free -- no irritating haggling like I've had in the past. Everything I asked for within reason was acknowledged and taken care of without issue. AJ was our finance guy. He was just as knowledgable and informative as Ronnie. He gave me lots of extra options to chose from, which in the past has been overwhelming, but not with AJ. He explained every option in detail, and helped me choose the ones that would work best for me. My wife thought the man was going to need chest compressions when I mentioned I wasn't sure about adding GAP insurance. I got the GAP insurance. We really had a lot of fun with these guys. They are like peas n carrots the way they compliment one another as a team.
