Before shopping I researched several vehicles online. I stopped at Mike Shad/Autonation to look at their inventory. I decided to stop at Bozard on a whim on my way to Daytona for the weekend. I knew nothing about the dealership but decided after my experience earlier in the day it couldn't get any worse. I am diehard Ford, for me it is a matter of finding the right Ford at the right dealership. I could not have imagined the experience I would have at Bozard. I had not even closed my car door when Anthony Cruzado stepped up and asked how he could help. I let him know the models I was interested in and also I would be purchasing on the Z Plan. I know from previous experience that sales makes a smaller commission on the Z plan. This did not deter Anthony in the least. We went out on the lot and looked at several models and discussed the pros and cons. Anthony truly listened to me and basically picked out the Escape for me that I had built online but didn't think I would find or could afford. I am so thoroughly pleased with my experience at Bozard. Anthony is a huge part of the experience, but everyone I interacted with was polite and professional and seemed genuinely interested in my experience and satisfaction. I will definitely recommend Bozard to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More

We were on vacation in St. Augustine and my Ford Five Hundred started acting funny. I found Brozard Ford. When we arrived @3:15 pm, we were met by a young man outside the service dept who quickly sent us in to see Alex Vecerkovic. I explained to him what was happening and he said he could get my car looked at, I had four teens with me as we were en route to the historical St. Augustine when this happened. As with most car diagnosis it wasn't fast, however we did find some things to bide our time. We shopped next door at Gander Mountain and toured the inventory on the lot where we met Brian Krull. He was a pleasant salews professional and I will be in the market for a truck later this year. He was very helpful at taking me around to look at a few vehicles and I must say that was impressed not only with him as a professional but his knowledge of the area as well as his ability to connect with me on a personal level. No one is ever delighted with having to pay for car repairs, my Ford Five Hundred (over 260,000 miles) has never given me a problem so I guess I was due. My experience with Bozard Ford was more than pleasant and they exceeded my expectations. The only thing I found lacking was the Enterprise counter. They lacked person-ability and put me and four fully grown teens in a Ford Focus as a loaner car. It was cramped and not at all an equivalent car to my Five Hundred. I would recommend Bozard to anyone who needs service done on their vehicle or if you are looking for a new or used vehicle go see them ask for Brian or Alex they both know how to treat a customer even if it may be the only time they have to service them!
