Our experience has been nothing but FANTASIC, the entire time we have been using Bozard. We knew what we wanted, and he guided us to the proper car for the climate. We moved here from Boston, MA about 9 months ago, and now we have a car that is perfect for our lifestyle here!!! The process was very smooth and friendly in every step of the way and they bent to every request I had to even place the vehicle on a lift for my inspection of the undercarriage.
